Personally identifiable information that you submit to us using one of our online forms will be stored electronically, and will be used internally and for its intended purpose only.

The acquisition and storage is limited to those data which are necessary or helpful for preparing and completing a reservation and for carrying out and processing the rental transaction (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), or which are to be recorded due to regulatory reporting obligation (art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).

The acquisition and storage includes your complete name and your complete home address as well as your email address and phone number, preferably the number of the mobile phone which you will carry during your holidays in Crete.

Any disclosure to third parties will only occur if required by law, or when demanded by the competent administrative or law enforcement authorities.

The information will be stored only as long as necessary for the implementation and processing of the rental transaction as well as for the fulfillment of information obligations to the competent judicial, police and financial authorities.

You can request an abstract of your stored data at any time by email, and you can inform us about corrections of the stored data at any time as well, e.g. updates to your postal address.
